✦ 1 x 30-min Intention-Setting Call to understand the challenges you are going through and clarify your desired outcomes
✦ 6 x 90 min Embodiment Coaching Sessions (Sessions are usually weekly or bi-weekly. )
✦Voice & text support between sessions (Mon–Fri), I am here for you, if you have any question or need support between ours session.
✦ Personalized integration practices after each session you will get tailored practies or ritual to integrate what we move through in that session, anchor the shift into your daily life.

✦ 3 Month Journey This is a 3 Month Journey, designed to have time to intergrated, however, depends on your personal need and the topics, session can be scheduled more frequently.
